Q: Where do I take my vehicle to be repaired?
A: You may take your vehicle to the ASE certified mechanical repair facility of your choice.

Q: How are my claims paid? Do I have to pay them and get reimbursed?
A: Claims are paid directly to the repair facility by the warranty administrator the same day the repair is made. No reimbursement for repairs is necessary.

Q: What is the best program for my vehicle?
A: All program choices and prices are dictated by the Year, Make and Model of your vehicle.

Q: Do you check my credit? Is my credit affected in any way?
A: We do not check your credit and we do not report to the credit reporting companies.

Q: What happens if I move or travel to another state? Am I still covered?
A: The warranty protection is good in all 50 states.

Q: If necessary, where do I get a rental car from?
A: If the dealer does not provide you with a rental card, you may use the rental car facility of your choice.

Q: Are you affiliated with my manufacturer or dealer?
A: No. We work for you.
